I don't see the big deal. Have you seen the show and what they wear on their weigh ins? If you are willing to bare your soul and your fat on t.v. for the chance of a big payout and a big weight loss, what is so different than what they did here?

adoption is a lengthy expensive process. But from the article, i'd say the route they went was expensive too.

pretend that your boss, dad, pastor, teacher, etc is going to see what you post and use that as a guide. Don't trash your boss online if its something you won't mind saying to his face. Don't talk about your sex life if you don't mind your parents in on your conversation.
It really just boils down to pre-paper or plastic?

I was still using my 20 year old fake tree until 3 years ago when my shed leaked and I had a mold problem. I lost all my ornaments and tree. everything had to be replaced. So I bought a prelit that was 50% off and some cheap ornaments.

It is sickening that they are telling us we need to spend our way out of this mess. Wasn't spending beyond our means one of the things that got us into this in the first place?!?!

I'm not on facebook. I dont' play any of these games. I don't even use my real personal information online. If people are willing to show everyone their pictures, where they work, where they live, everything about them why do they care that some 3rd party has the same information?

I condensed my work time so i could spend more time with my kids. no more lunch time, I eat while I work. I get a couple short breaks where I try to catch up on news and pay my bills online.

I can see how parents that need babysitting would think this is a good idea. Before and after school care can really add up and it would be better that they are learning something during this time instead of running around getting exercise and doing homework. hmmm.....

this year we can no longer do half days. That means that instead of having a couple half days at the end of term for parent/teacher conferences, the teachers will have to find time to do them in the evenings without pay. So they decided not to do them.

Find all the tax cheats, and make them pay! If you have assets in an illegal tax shelter, you lose all of it to the government! If they would just crack down on the tax gap, they wouldn't need to raise taxes.
